Exchanging Pandora Charm Without Receipt

Question: Recently my kids bought me Pandora charms for my bracelet. What they didn’t realize is that two of them bought me the same Pandora charm. Can l exchange it for another without a receipt? I haven’t opened the box. It’s still wrapped thank you.

Thank you for asking Helena.

Please note that most of the stores do replacements or exchanges within 14 days of purchase. You are also required to give them your receipt with exchange or replacement request. But it also depends on the store from where you purchased the Pandora charm. I advise you to call them and explain them why you want to exchange your Pandora charm. If you can find your receipt then it will be great and easier. But even if you don’t have receipt and you have not used the charm, you should ask the store.

It all depends on the store management. They may favor you or reject your request.
