How to Replace Wrong Size of Pandora Bracelet After 14 Days?

Question:

Dear sirs
My daughter bought a bracelet from your store before Christmas and sent it out to me as a Xmas gift. Unfortunately this bracelet is too small for me.   I live overseas (where there are no Pandora outlets) and therefore it is impossible for me to get back to the store to exchange it, and I will not be back in the UK anyway until May.
I called the Lakeside store where this was purchased to see if I can exchange it when I get home, or alternatively I have a friend visiting us who could take the item back to the UK.

I was told that this item could not be exchanged after 14 days.  Obviously it was physically impossible for me to do this.

This is really disappointing as I now have an expensive bracelet that I cannot wear, and I would be very grateful if you could possibly waive the 14 day return rule due to my particular circumstances.  I am not wanting a refund, I simply need a larger size.  The item is in its packaging and has never been worn.

Hi Terri, thank you for your query. Usually you can only replace your Pandora jewelry product from the store where you purchased it. The terms and conditions apply. As you were not able to request replacement within their time frame, they may not accept your request. But you can explain your situation and tell them why you are/were not able to claim replacement within 14 days. I hope they will listen to you, understand your problem and help you in exchange.
