  What an annoying experience… I went into the store knowing exactly what I wanted, only to be met by an older woman who insisted on correcting me about the specific term for the item, then took my name to pass on to a clerk who was just standing there to call out and have me come to the counter to again ask for the item. I was shown the item, confirmed that was what I wanted to purchase, then had to go through answering a number of questions verbally and by completing a form on a small iPad-like device. It took forever to process the transaction, wait for my receipt, and wait for the clerk at the counter to wrap up the purchase, and gift bag it (although it is a gift, I did not ask for any of that – I just untied and undid it all to place into a larger gift). A process that should have taken two (2) minutes of my time took more like ten (10). While still not a lot of time, the entire process was needlessly complicated and frustrating. I can hardly imagine what it is like for people who walk in and do not know precisely what they want. Bonus Negative Points for the damn finger signature device, which I, personally, find completely irritating. Next time, I will just order on-line.
