  I am 50 years old and have had a lot of experiences, but this owner of this Pandora store is the most horrible retail business owner I have ever been aware of in my lifetime! More than one manager had been working with me on an exchange for over a month and a half. When I originally came into the store to see if something was possible I was told it was. I was very up front and honest with regards to the situation. I was even willing to buy much more product than I was exchanging. I was called to let me know I could come and exchange and was still informed I needed to buy more product for the exchange to be done since it was not from their store. I was fine with that since the store I got my bracelet from was unable to get the right color in. I drove more than an hour and twenty minutes to come pick it up, but the person that was in charge there, that day was unfamiliar with what I was doing, but didn’t question it until it came time for me to check out. When she didn’t know how to do it, she made a phone call. The women on the other end was obviously giving her a hard time about doing this, which immediately upset me. I had just spent more than an hour plus picking out something to buy and mind you I saw deposit receipt lying by the register and I was purchasing more than half of what they had made for their day! They had my name down showing I had been in the store working with someone back on july 19th. This person got off the phone and said that she could not do it! What! OMG. That was ridiculous. If they would have told me this was not possible a month and a half ago, I would have been fine!, but after working with me this long and me driving to pick it up after I was called and then to be willing to spend so much more money, she was sending me away! It was horrible. I could not believe it! They made me feel as if I was trying to get away with something! I begged this person to call her again. She did, but the woman actually said no again. I will never be stepping foot in the store again. I suggest you never do either. I would go either to Borshiems or Von Maur to buy anything from Pandora. If I hadn’t been collecting Pandora for years and loved the product I would stop buying it all together. This owner needs to rethink her profession and get the heck out of retail. I would never ever be associated with anyone like her, if she cannot stand behind her employees, especially with regards to something that had already been promised to a customer and then not even speak to the customer, but have the poor girl deal with the wrath of angry customers! Again this ownder deserves to fail!
